Court of Appeal directs older brother to be moved out from Death Row

Ismil Bin Kadar, represented by Thiru, was convicted on a charge of murder and had been sentenced to death. At the hearing of Ismil’s appeal against his conviction, the Court of Appeal directed the Prison Service to move Ismil out from Death Row. The Court of Appeal will deliver its verdict at a later date.
